It may also be temporarily parked in a driveway after use until noon on the following day in order to clean or make minor, repairs to the vehicle. 2) A vehicle may be temporarily parked in a driveway for a period of time, not to exceed 48 hours, if repairs are actively being made to the vehicle; however, no more than two (2) such non-consecutive 48 hour periods are permitted in any single calendar month.
BUSH HOGGING RULES Article 10 Section J of our Covenant's requires River Run Plantation property owners to keep their lots clear of vegetation and debris. This is done annually by a means of "Bushhogging". A bush hogger is really an oversized lawn mower capable of cutting through thick brush and taking down small trees (depending on the size of the bushhogger the tree could be from one to two inches in diameter).
Bush hogging a lot is beneficial in several ways: One It prevents the local vines from choking the trees; it makes growth of ground cover more prevalent; it opens up River Run to those nice summer breezes; and, most important of all, it reduces the risk of "Wild fires". This beautiful community is in the middle of woods, which is one of the reasons a lot of us choose to live here, for that reason River Run has chosen to be a "Firewise" community. As such the North Carolina Forestry Service encourages bush hogging the undeveloped lots, as a major fire reducing program
