River Run Plantation is a gated and “restricted” community. That means that your deed reflects the Covenants and Restrictions recorded with the Brunswick County Registrar of Deeds. The Covenants have been revised several times over the years. The current revision is not yet available on the website but will be soon. We will use these e-mails and the website to keep you up to date. The Covenants refer to ARC Guidelines. That document outlines the process for applying to make improvements to you property. The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) will assist you in developing your improvements in a manner consistent with the Covenants. The Guidelines are currently under revision and the new revision will be posted on the website shortly. If you have questions regarding making improvements to your lot/s contact CAMS to be guided to the most current restrictions. |

Your elected Station Representatives are seeking to improve communication between the Board and you, the POA member. The POA website has had a “Suggestion Box” added to the members’ section of the site. If you are already signed up to enter the “members’ section”, locate the new link to the suggestion box. Comments are not connected to you. Leaving your name is optional but your comments will be used by the Board members to guide them in the operation of the plantation.
